100 Considerate Constructors Scheme sites registered

In August 2017 we registered our 100th site with the Considerate Constructors Scheme.

This is a landmark that we are particularly proud of. The Considerate Constructors Scheme is aimed at improving the image of the construction industry.

It helps us to better manage our relationships with staff, clients, suppliers, and the communities in which we work. It provides an independent audit of sites resulting in a score for the following categories:

  • Care about appearance
  • Respect the community
  • Protect the environment
  • Secure everyone’s safety
  • Value their workforce

Jessup aims to achieve a score which is “beyond compliance” on all our schemes.

The 100th Considerate Constructors Scheme was our Marlene Croft site – a 51 unit extra care apartment facility for Solihull Community Housing. More details of the scheme can be found by clicking the button below:
