Formed in 1972 by Walter Moore MBE, Adullam is a specialist supported housing association. Jessup have completed their first scheme at the Rowans in Birmingham which was Adullam’s largest scheme to date. We look forward to a continued working relationship.

Black Country Housing Group

BCHG are a traditional housing association working closely with local communities in Birmingham and the Black Country. They provide affordable housing for rent, new homes for sale and a diverse a range of specialist local services

Caldmore Accord

Caldmore Accord is a community-based registered social landlord. They manage over 7,200 affordable homes and also provide a diverse range of care and support services across the Midlands. Jessup have worked with CaldmoreAccord at Walsall Watefront.

The Community Housing Group

The Community Housing Group have almost 6,000 quality homes in the three towns of Bewdley, Kidderminster and Stourport on Severn. Jessup work with Community housing on several rural schemes where we have been able to offer competitive prices to ensure schemes are viable and can proceed.

Housing Plus

Jessup have a longstanding working relationship with Housing Plus over the last 25 years. Understanding the local market and the key drivers has ensured we continue to work together to provide vital affordable homes in rural villages and towns.

Solihull Community Housing

Jessup has been working with Solihull Community Housing to deliver homes throughout Solihull. Solihull Community Housing manages homes on behalf of Solihull Council.

Solihull MBC

Jessup works with Solihull MBC on all of the schemes in the Solihull area, either directly or via Housing Associations such as Solihull Community Housing.

Staffordshire Housing Association

Staffordshire Housing owns and manages around 3,000 homes for rent and sale, including;

– flats and apartments for people aged 18+
– family houses
– older people’s sheltered and extra-care villages

Resident services include repairs and maintenance, money advice, energy advice, and help with tenancy and estate issues.

Walsall Housing Group

Walsall Housing Group is one of the largest and most successful providers of high quality housing in the West Midlands. Jessup are working with WHG on several schemes within the borough of Walsall.

Waterloo Housing Group

Waterloo Housing Group was formed in October 2008, when Waterloo Housing Association joined forces with Eastern Shires Housing Group. Waterloo were one of Jessup’s first clients and we have enjoyed a longstanding relationship with this highly respected housing provider.

WV Living

WV Living is a company set up by the City of Wolverhampton Council in 2016 to build and develop a range of new homes in the Wolverhampton area.

Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust

Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust is the name for Birmingham City Council’s award-winning programme of house building across Birmingham. Jessup are delighted to be on BMHT framework where we continue to offer competitive, quality built solutions.

Bromford Group

Bromford is a social business − helping people to be the very best that they can be. They have been a longstanding client of Jessup for over 20 years and we have delivered many new and refurbished schemes together including supported housing and Dementia care.

Cannock Chase Council

In 2015, Cannock Chase Council started to build the first social housing in the area for over 25 years. It is now continuing with a programme of house building, specifically converting derelict garage sites into affordable housing.

Castle Vale Community Housing

Castle Vale Community Housing Association (CVCHA) now manages 2,400 homes, and is one of the few housing associations to be resident-led. Jessup are working with Castlevale on several schemes to unlock development potential of sites within their control.

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council

Dudley Council currently has over 23,000 homes in its housing stock and is now engaged in a signficant affordable housing programme at several sites throughout the area. In 2015 Jessup was awarded the framework agreement to deliver several schemes until 2019.

Solihull Care Housing Association

Formed in 1990, Solihull Care Housing Association Ltd (SCHA) is an industrial and provident society registered on charitable rules with the Homes and Communities Agency.

Stafford and Rural Homes

Stafford and Rural Homes (SARH) is a registered charitable housing landlord created in February 2006 following the transfer of homes from Stafford Borough Council. Managed by a board of ten, comprising of five independents, three local authority representatives and two customers; they own 5600 homes within Stafford borough.

Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust

Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust is a provider of local general hospital and community services to Walsall and its surrounding areas. Jessup provide the trust with affordable fully serviced accommodation to their key staff at Walsall Waterfront, we have also completed schemes for the trust on their estate.

The Wrekin Housing Trust

The Wrekin Housing Trust is one of the largest social housing providers/housing associations in the West Midlands with almost 12,000 homes for rent (and low cost home ownership) across Shropshire and Staffordshire. Jessup are working with Wrekin to unlock sites within their region.

YMCA

YMCA supports people to find somewhere to live, build their skills and provide opportunities to progress in life. They have many buildings throughout the UK with temporary accommodation, cafes, gyms and other support services.
