Jessup are delighted to announce new schemes commencing this month:
Fourteen new homes are to be built in the village of Middleton for ESHA Developments and The Samuel White Trust Charity; the scheme will be constructed over two phases to provide the existing Samuel White residents a seemless move from old to new accommodation.
We also return to the village of Wrockwardine in Shropshire: Having completed a scheme of new houses last year for Wrekin Housing Trust, we are delighted to have been selected to build six new bungalows for them this year.
A third scheme on Sebright Road in the village of Wolverley, Worcestershire is also a rural scheme consisting of eight new houses and two bungalows for Wyre Forest Community Housing.
These new contracts are set to provide much needed affordable rural housing for local people.
Commenting on the recent influx of orders, Chief Surveyor, Nigel Higgs said; ‘We are continually updating our pricing structure so that we remain competitive whilst ensuring we provide our clients with a first class quality product‘.
Tim Gough, Buyer for Jessup added ‘These orders will provide continued work to our local suppliers, subcontractors and employees as we have a policy of using local labour and suppliers’.
