We believe that contributing to the economic, environmental and social well-being of the communities where we live and work is not only our responsibility but our duty. As a company with strong family values, Jessup has always been committed to doing business in an ethical manner. It is key to our success – past, present and future.
We are proud of the contribution we have made to wealth creation and regional development since 1988. By supporting small suppliers, employing local people and investing in communities, we enhance the economies of the many regions where we work, whilst the innovative regeneration projects we deliver help to facilitate vital social and economic activities.
In recent years, significant knowledge and evidence have emerged about the wider impacts of human activities. Climate change, dwindling natural resources, social exclusion and poverty present fundamental risks to our sustainability as a business, and to the sustainability of the communities where we work.
We recognise that we can play an important role in addressing these challenges, and indeed, are excited by the opportunity to do so. This strategy is a key step in our efforts to contribute to a wider sustainable development.
